Arugula Roquette Seed is a popular salad ingredient, with strong-tasting, spinach-like leaves and a delicious nutty flavour. It takes about 30 days to harvest young shoots, 5-15 cm (2-6") in length, best for salad. The older foliage is also great when cooked like spinach. Plants can mature to 90 cm (3') tall and vary in leaf shape and earliness of flowering. For best results, grow in a cool season.
