Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on plant material. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or gift purchases, however, we do offer in store exchange for apparel and home decor. You can always contact us for any exchange questions at hello@gardengirl.ca.
Damages and issuesÂ
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
