Welcome to Garden Girl! We're thrilled to help you grow your dream garden. Here's everything you need to know about getting your seeds, plants, and gardening supplies delivered right to your door (or ready for pickup!).

📦 Where We Ship We ship across Canada only, using trusted Canada Post services. Whether you're in Saskatchewan or on the East Coast, we've got you covered!

💰 Shipping Costs

For Seeds (Envelope Shipping):

  • 1-10 seed packets: $5
  • 11-50 seed packets: $8

For Larger Orders (Parcel Shipping):

  • 50-150 seed packets: $18
  • 150+ seed packets: $25

Live plants and heavy gardening supplies may have different shipping rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

🚚 Delivery Timeframes

  • Saskatchewan (local): 2-4 business days
  • Neighboring provinces (AB, MB): 4-6 business days
  • Eastern Canada (ON, QC, Atlantic provinces): 6-10 business days
  • Western Canada (BC): 5-8 business days

Please note: These are estimates. Canada Post delivery times may vary, especially during peak seasons.

📮 Order Processing Orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. 

🌿 How We Package Your Seeds Your seeds are precious cargo! We carefully package each order in protective envelopes or boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Seeds are lightweight but we take extra care to prevent crushing and moisture damage during transit.

🏪 Local Pickup Available Skip the shipping! Local pickup is available in Regina for all products. This is especially convenient for:

  • Live plants (no shipping stress!)
  • Heavy items like soil, pots, and gardening tools
  • Large orders

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

🌸 Seasonal Shipping Considerations

  • Seeds: Ship year-round, any season!
  • We do not ship live plants, bagged soil, or plant pots.

❓ Issues with Delivery? We want you to be delighted with every order! If something goes wrong:

  • Damaged items: Email us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right
  • Wrong items: We'll send the correct items at no extra charge
