Hardneck Fall Garlic

Now is the time to start planning your fall garlic planting. Plant in the fall and harvest the following late summer. Each clove of garlic you plant will grow into a head of the most flavourful garlic. Plant in full sun and water well thru the growing season. Use the leaves and scapes through the summer in salads, stirfrys and soups.
