Cosmic Purple OSC Seed produces roots that have a rich, dark purple color and are 15 cm (6"") in length with a diameter up to 4 cm (1.5"). The carrots are consistently cylindrical and smooth-skinned, providing an excellent taste and tender yet crisp texture. This variety has a high moisture content that makes it perfect for juicing. It has been grown since at least 1885 and is easy to cultivate.

This Carrot Denver Half Longs OSC Seed offers a high germination rate of over 95%. These carrots thrive in garden soil with temperatures above 7.5°C (45°F). Sow them in rows spaced 45-60cm (18-24") apart, 5 days apart, and thin the seedlings to 5cm (2") apart. Keep the seedbed moist and weed-free, and enjoy a high-yield harvest of brightly colored carrots.
