Garlic Chive OSC Seed is easy to grow and perfect for salads, garnishing, or stir-fry dishes. With its combination of soft chive leaf and mild garlic flavour, it matures at 20 cm (8 in) with thinly strap-like leaves and white, open, ball-like flower clusters. Also known as Chinese Chives, Ku Chai, these perennials are hardy to Zone 4 and may even become adventive in mild climates.
