The Purple Beauty Sweet Pepper from OSC is a uniquely coloured, open-pollinated variety that instantly adds visual appeal to your garden and your plate. The compact, bushy plants are highly productive, loaded with blocky, 3-4 lobed fruits. These thick-walled peppers mature from green to variable hues of purple in approximately 75 days from transplanting. When the desired purple is reached, pick as soon as possible. Peppers will turn red eventually. Averaging 8 cm to 10 cm in length, they possess a wonderful sweet, mild flavour that complements any dish, fresh or cooked.
