Garlic Russian Red Hardneck is a member of the Marbled Purple Stripe family and is renowned for its balanced flavor that is notably hot when eaten raw. Bulbs average 6-8 cloves and are known to keep fresh up to 8 months when stored in a cool, dry place with good air circulation.  Excellent for fresh eating now and for planting.
